By using this website and placing a booking, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are subject to equipment availability.

• Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

• Equipment is available for collection only. No shipping or delivery is offered.

• A refundable security deposit is payable in cash at collection unless otherwise agreed.

• Customers must inspect equipment before leaving the collection point.

• Customers are responsible for all equipment during the rental period, including any loss, theft or damage.

• Security deposits will be refunded after the equipment has been returned and inspected.

• Booking amendments and cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy.

• Fenn Kayaks may offer a suitable alternative, reschedule a booking or provide a full refund if equipment becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

• These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

2. Refund & Return Policy

• Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the collection date qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of collection are non-refundable.

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Security deposits are refunded after equipment has been returned and inspected.

• Refunds may be reduced or withheld where equipment is returned damaged, incomplete or excessively dirty.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days before the collection date for a full refund.

• Bookings cancelled within 30 days of collection are non-refundable.

• Booking dates may be changed up to 30 days before the booking, subject to equipment availability.

• Date change requests within 30 days cannot be guaranteed.

• Failure to collect equipment on the agreed date will be treated as a cancellation without refund.

• Poor weather does not automatically qualify for a refund unless agreed by Fenn Kayaks.

4. Collection Policy

• Equipment is collected in person from the agreed collection point.

• Collection times will be arranged before your booking.

• Customers may be asked to provide valid identification.

• The security deposit must be paid before equipment is released.

• Customers should inspect all equipment before leaving the collection point.

• Equipment must be returned on the agreed return date and time.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

• Equipment should be returned in the same condition in which it was collected.

5. Payment Information

• Online payments are accepted through the website.

• Bank transfers may be accepted by prior arrangement.

• Security deposits are payable in cash at collection unless otherwise agreed.
